Rental Terms and Conditions

To ensure every bride enjoys the same impeccable quality, please note the following guidelines:

1. Rental period – Standard rental covers three calendar days (pick-up day, event day, and return day). Extended rentals are available upon request.

2. Security deposit – A fully refundable deposit is required at check-out and returned within two business days of an on-time, undamaged return.

3. Fittings – One complimentary fitting session is included; additional fittings may be scheduled subject to availability and a small fee.

4. Care and cleaning – Professional cleaning is our responsibility. Please do not attempt to wash, press, or alter the gown.

5. Damage & loss – Minor wear is expected; however, significant damage, stains, or loss may result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit and/or additional repair fees.

6. Cancellations – Cancellations made at least 14 days before the rental date receive a full refund. Later cancellations incur a 25 % processing fee.

7. Late returns – A daily late fee applies after the agreed return date, up to the full retail value of the gown.
